How to Set Up a New Survey?
BOTY Surveys allow you to poll your customers and get feedback. BOTY preselects questions to include in your survey so that your survey keeps questions straightforward while minimizing the number of questions you ask. The survey is also designed to help respondents feel comfortable right from the beginning so that they provide useful answers.
To create a new survey
- Login to your Dashboard
- Click on Survey
- Click on Start New
- Click on Preview to see how the survey looks to your customer
- Select one of the templates and click Send
When your survey period has ended or all potential respondents have entered their submissions, your survey will automatically be moved to Completed where you can view the results.
There are a few things to know about surveys:
- You can send out 3 surveys per month. There will be an option to send out more surveys in the future.
- Sending the same survey over time is a good way to build a baseline in order to measure changes in your customers’ attitudes.
- You must wait 3 days to get survey results.
